Synectics Solutions are seeking a Head of Delivery

Synectics Solutions are seeking a Head of Delivery to provide senior leadership across our Product and Technology delivery capability. As a leading provider of innovative, data-driven business solutions, Synectics has spent more than 30 years building complex data management and software products for well-known organisations around the world. This role will help shape how we plan, govern and execute strategic initiatives, customer commitments and internal change programmes, ensuring delivery is predictable, transparent and aligned to measurable business value. It is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, people-focused culture that is committed to continuous improvement and high-quality delivery.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Delivery to lead and mature our delivery capability across Product and Technology. This is a senior leadership role responsible for improving delivery predictability, strengthening delivery governance and enabling high-performing, long-lived product teams to deliver valuable outcomes for our customers and the business.

The role will lead and develop a team of delivery leads, project managers and delivery-focused roles across Product and Technology, ensuring initiatives are planned, prioritised and executed with clear ownership, transparency and accountability. You will work closely with all roles across Product & Technology and with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure delivery activity is aligned to strategic priorities, customer commitments and measurable business value.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong delivery leadership with a modern, pragmatic approach to Agile, project and portfolio delivery. You will help the organisation move toward greater structure, improved flow, clearer prioritisation and stronger execution without losing the flexibility required to support complex customer and product environments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
