Head of Delivery – Greenheart
Greenheart, a certified B Corp advisory firm, is partnering with Acre to help businesses measure, improve, and showcase their social and environmental impact. With a decade of experience, Greenheart has built a strong reputation within the sustainability sector, supporting leading organisations and household brands across diverse industries.
We are seeking a Head of Delivery to join our leadership team and drive the next phase of our growth. This role goes beyond project delivery—it’s an opportunity to shape business strategy, drive innovation, and scale a respected sustainability advisory practice.
About the Role
This is a pivotal leadership position combining project management, team development, and strategic influence. The role is primarily remote, with regular face-to-face team meetings in London.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management, coaching, and development of the consulting team
- Ensure exceptional quality, consistency, and efficiency across all client engagements
- Drive service efficiency by identifying opportunities to systematise processes and improve delivery, including through AI-enabled tools
- Establish clear performance frameworks, accountability structures, and commercial discipline across the team
- Take ownership of delivery performance, including profitability, utilisation, and margins
- Support business development by leveraging professional networks and market relationships
- Contribute to service innovation and the expansion of Greenheart’s advisory offering
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape and execute business strategy

Requirements & Qualifications
We’re looking for a visionary leader with:
- Significant experience in ESG, sustainability, or impact consulting
- A proven track record of leading high-performing consulting teams and developing talent
- Measurable success in operational efficiency and delivery performance
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing profitability, utilisation, and margins
- Confidence and proficiency in using AI tools to enhance consulting effectiveness
- (Preferred but not essential) Experience with B Corp certification, GRI, TCFD, or CSRD frameworks
- An established professional network within purpose-led businesses, B Corps, and sustainability-focused organisations
