Head of Delivery
About the Role
We’re looking for an exceptional Head of Delivery to join a fast-growing, forward-thinking organisation where innovation is encouraged, collaboration is valued, and your impact will be felt from day one.
This is a senior leadership role, where you’ll take ownership of delivering cutting-edge digital products to a growing client base while shaping how delivery is done across the business.
Job Description
As Head of Delivery, you will:
- Lead the end-to-end deployment of products and enhancements across multiple clients
- Manage and develop a team of deployment leads, ensuring successful outcomes across all programmes
- Act as a trusted partner to clients, overseeing delivery, managing expectations, and resolving issues
- Drive the planning, governance, and risk management of delivery across projects
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet client needs
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure seamless product rollout
- Deliver change and adoption plans, including training and post-implementation support
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, enhancing service quality and operational efficiency

Key Responsibilities
- A proven delivery leader with experience in digital/product deployments
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, scaling environments
- An excellent communicator and stakeholder manager, able to build trust at all levels
- Client-focused, with a strong commitment to delivering value and outcomes
- A hands-on, solutions-driven leader who thrives under pressure
- Experienced in working across cross-functional teams (Product, Dev, QA, PMO)
- Confident navigating complex transformations and ambiguity
