Role Overview We're now looking for an exceptional Head of Delivery to help lead our next stage of growth. This isn't a traditional delivery leadership role.You'll help shape the future of consulting delivery by bringing together exceptional people, modern technology and AI-enabled ways of working. You'll lead our delivery organisation, develop our people, continually improve how we deliver projects, and ensure every customer receives the outstanding service ModusForce has become known for .If you're excited about building teams, solving complex problems and redefining what great consulting delivery looks like, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities Include: Own and evolve the overall delivery function, setting the strategy, standards and governance that underpin successful client delivery Own the successful delivery of ModusForce's portfolio of client projects, ensuring consistent quality, commercial success and exceptional customer outcomes Provide leadership and coaching to Delivery Leads, Project Managers and Consultants, building a high-performing, collaborative delivery organisation Act as Executive Sponsor for strategic customer engagements, developing trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and supporting complex or high-profile programmes Monitor delivery performance across the portfolio, proactively managing project health, risks, resource utilisation, budgets and dependencies Establish and continuously improve delivery methodologies, quality assurance processes, governance frameworks and reporting standards Champion a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement across the delivery function Drive the adoption of AI-enabled delivery practices, automation and modern ways of working to improve efficiency, consistency and customer experience Support pre-sales, solution design and commercial activities by providing delivery leadership and implementation expertise Partner with the wider leadership team to scale the delivery organisation, develop future leaders and support the continued growth of the business

Required Skills and Experience: We're looking for an experienced delivery leader who thrives in a consulting environment and enjoys building high-performing teams while delivering exceptional outcomes for customers 8+ years' experience leading complex technology, HRIS, HCM, ERP or digital transformation programmes Proven experience leading delivery teams and managing portfolios within a consultancy, systems integrator or professional services environment Demonstrated success building and improving delivery functions, governance frameworks and operating models Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project profitability, utilisation and delivery performance Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior executives Experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing delivery, consulting or project management teams Strong understanding of programme management, portfolio management, project governance and delivery best practice Highly organised with the ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on involvement where required A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for innovation, operational excellence and delivering outstanding customer experiences Although this is a strategic leadership role, you'll remain close to our customers, supporting major programmes, guiding delivery teams and stepping in when your experience can make the biggest difference.

Ideally you will also have: Experience working with Dayforce or other leading HCM platforms such as Workday, UKG or SAP SuccessFactors A background in HR technology, workforce management or enterprise SaaS implementations Experience introducing AI, automation or digital tooling to improve consulting or project delivery Experience scaling delivery organisations during periods of rapid business growth Formal project or programme management qualifications (PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, Agile or equivalent) Why Join Us?
