The Role

Are you an experienced operational leader with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results across large-scale, outcome-based contracts?

We're looking for an inspirational Head of Delivery to lead a high-performing regional operation across Kent and the Home Counties. This is a senior leadership role where you'll be responsible for driving contract performance, leading multi-site teams, building strategic partnerships and ensuring outstanding outcomes for participants, customers and stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead a large, geographically dispersed team through an experienced Senior Management Team.
  • Take full accountability for contract performance, quality, compliance and financial delivery.
  • Drive operational excellence by using data and insight to improve performance and customer outcomes.
  • Develop and coach senior leaders, creating a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with commissioners, employers, partners and key stakeholders across the region.
  • Lead strategic planning, forecasting and budget management to ensure commercial success.
  • Identify opportunities for service innovation, growth and contract development.
  • Ensure high standards of governance, quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
  • Champion exceptional participant experiences and consistently deliver against contractual KPIs.
  • Represent the organisation at regional partnership meetings, employer forums and stakeholder events.

What we're looking for

  • Significant senior leadership experience managing large-scale, multi-million-pound contracts.
  • A proven track record of delivering performance, quality and financial targets within outcome-based services.
  • Experience leading large, multi-site and multidisciplinary teams through senior managers.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, forecasting and financial performance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence commissioners, employers and strategic partners.
  • A data-driven leader who can identify opportunities, solve problems and drive continuous improvement.
  • Passion for developing people, creating high-performing teams and delivering meaningful outcomes.
