🚀 Head of Demand Generation | B2B SaaS | PE-Backed Growth Business | Manchester (1 day a week on-site) | £90,000 - £100,000 + Great bens
I'm partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed SaaS business that is investing heavily in its commercial growth engine and looking to hire an exceptional Head of Demand Generation.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to optimize what's already there. This is for a builder.
A leader who knows how to take a business from being heavily reliant on inbound demand and create a scalable, predictable, multi-channel pipeline engine across outbound, ABM, lifecycle marketing, and customer expansion.
You'll own the number that matters most: qualified pipeline.
Reporting directly into the CMO, you'll be responsible for shaping and executing the demand strategy, building and leading a high-performing team, and driving measurable revenue growth across both new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
