Head of Private Client Gloucestershire
Hybrid Working | Competitive Salary and Benefits
A highly regarded Gloucestershire law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Head of Private Client to lead its established and growing department. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior solicitor seeking a leadership role within a supportive, ambitious, and forward-thinking practice.
The successful candidate will oversee and develop the Private Client team while maintaining their own caseload of quality work, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Trusts
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Inheritance Tax planning and advice
Alongside fee-earning responsibilities, you will supervise and mentor junior team members, drive departmental growth, contribute to business development activities, and help strengthen existing client relationships.

Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 7+ years PQE in Private Client
- Strong technical expertise across all aspects of Private Client work
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Excellent client relationship and business development skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload while leading a team
