A fantastic opportunity has arisen with an established Prime Central London developer, interior design studio and construction company that has built an outstanding reputation for delivering some of London's most recognised luxury residential properties.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Head of Design to lead the studio's creative vision and oversee the successful delivery of exceptional residential projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished Senior Designer who is ready to step into a strategic leadership role, combining creativity with commercial awareness, team leadership and project oversight. You'll lead multidisciplinary teams across Interior Design, Interior Architecture and FF&E while remaining closely involved in the design and delivery of some of London's finest homes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative direction across multiple luxury residential projects from concept through to completion.
  • Inspire, mentor and develop multidisciplinary teams across Interior Design, Interior Architecture and FF&E.
  • Drive innovation by introducing new materials, technologies and creative design solutions.
  • Oversee project quality, design integrity and resource planning across the studio.
  • Manage key projects while providing strategic oversight across the wider portfolio.
  • Foster collaboration across all design disciplines to deliver cohesive, highly considered interiors.
  • Represent the studio as a creative leader within the luxury design industry.
  • Support business development, client presentations and design pitches through creative leadership and strategic insight.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a senior interior design leadership position within a respected luxury residential design studio.
  • An exceptional portfolio showcasing high-end residential projects from concept through to completion.
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams across Interior Design, Interior Architecture and FF&E.
  • Outstanding creative ability combined with strong technical expertise.
  • Excellent knowledge of spatial planning, bespoke joinery, materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and styling.
  • Commercially aware, with experience balancing design excellence alongside project budgets.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Esti.
