Taking the lead on digital at a Belfast-born, London-based hospitality studio whose work has rebranded a hotel flag across more than 200 properties globally and turned a single bar into one of the most awarded hospitality brands in America. Twenty-two people, three studios, four disciplines under one roof - and a client roster that runs from neighbourhood cafés to the world's largest hotel groups.
Digital here isn't an execution layer. The web team sits in the room from day one, alongside strategy, branding and interiors. The Managing Director puts it plainly: ideas are the currency, and titles don't decide whose idea wins.
The Role
You own the digital function. That means designing and building the sites that are often the first thing a guest, investor or operator sees of a hospitality concept - translating brand identity and creative direction into work that holds up.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
