Salary & Location

  • £70,000 – £80,000 + bonus & excellent benefits
  • London (Option to work from Birmingham/Manchester)
  • Hybrid Working (2-3 days in office)

Our client is investing in the future of its marketing capability, creating a newly enhanced leadership opportunity to shape how digital innovation, data and insight drive business growth. As the organisation continues to evolve, this role will play a pivotal part in developing the technology, analytics and digital infrastructure needed to deliver smarter decision-making, stronger customer experiences and sustainable commercial success.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the organisation’s digital, data and market intelligence strategy, ensuring technology, analytics and insight become central to commercial growth, customer experience and marketing excellence.
  • Develop and deliver a long-term strategy across digital, data and market intelligence, aligned to business growth objectives.
  • Lead marketing analytics, customer insight and performance reporting to support evidence-based commercial decision-making.
  • Oversee digital platforms, websites, CRM systems and marketing technology to maximise performance and user experience.
  • Build market intelligence capabilities that identify growth opportunities, customer behaviours and competitive trends.
  • Lead, develop and inspire a specialist team, championing innovation, AI and data-driven marketing across the organisation.

Requirements

  • Significant leadership experience across digital marketing, data, analytics or market intelligence functions.
  • Experience in website transformation and management (preferably with HubSpot).
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, marketing technology, analytics platforms and digital ecosystems.
  • Excellent analytical, commercial and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across the business.
