Head of Digital Marketing

Head of Digital Marketing – Multi-Restaurant Hospitality Group (London)

We’re working with a fast-growing modern multi-restaurant hospitality group in London, seeking a dynamic Head of Digital Marketing to lead their digital growth strategy and elevate their brand presence across multiple venues.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape how guests discover, engage with, and book experiences across a portfolio of vibrant restaurants.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel digital marketing strategy across all restaurants
  • Lead CRM, email, SEO, PPC, and social media performance
  • Manage and optimise digital marketing budgets and campaign spend
  • Drive online bookings, customer acquisition, and conversion optimisation
  • Design and implement UK and international digital strategies to support growth
  • Monitor analytics, reporting, and performance (using tools such as Google Analytics)
  • Continuously test and innovate new platforms, trends, and digital opportunities
  • Improve user journeys, landing pages, and digital funnels to maximise ROI

Experience & Requirements

  • 5+ years in digital marketing within hospitality, retail, lifestyle, or similar fast-paced industries
  • Strong background in SEO, SEM, CRM, email marketing, and social media
  • Proven experience driving eCommerce performance and digital revenue growth
  • Confident working with analytics tools and performance data
  • Commercially minded with a strategic and hands-on approach
  • Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest journeys (multi-site experience desirable)
