Role Description

The Head of Digital Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Bexley, responsible for leading all digital marketing activities to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition for A-Type Sourcing. This position oversees the planning and execution of digital campaigns across social media, search, email, and other online channels, ensuring that messaging aligns with the company’s value proposition.

  • Developing and refining the digital marketing strategy
  • Optimizing lead generation funnels
  • Managing content and social media calendars
  • Monitoring campaign performance through web analytics tools

The role also involves:

  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders
  • Managing external partners or agencies as needed
  • Setting KPIs
  • Regularly reporting on results to inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Strong Marketing and Digital Strategy skills, with experience designing and executing comprehensive online campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing across key platforms, including content planning, community management, and paid social.
  • Demonstrated ability in Lead Generation, including funnel optimization, conversion rate improvement, and audience targeting.
  • Hands-on experience with Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proven leadership experience in a digital marketing role, with the ability to guide teams and collaborate across functions.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with attention to detail and a results-focused mindset.
  • Experience in automotive or consumer services sectors is beneficial, but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
