Role Description
The Head of Digital Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Bexley, responsible for leading all digital marketing activities to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition for A-Type Sourcing. This position oversees the planning and execution of digital campaigns across social media, search, email, and other online channels, ensuring that messaging aligns with the company’s value proposition.

Day-to-day tasks include:

- Developing and refining the digital marketing strategy
- Optimizing lead generation funnels
- Managing content and social media calendars
- Monitoring campaign performance through web analytics tools
The role also involves:
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders
- Managing external partners or agencies as needed
- Setting KPIs
- Regularly reporting on results to inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Strong Marketing and Digital Strategy skills, with experience designing and executing comprehensive online campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing across key platforms, including content planning, community management, and paid social.
- Demonstrated ability in Lead Generation, including funnel optimization, conversion rate improvement, and audience targeting.
- Hands-on experience with Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proven leadership experience in a digital marketing role, with the ability to guide teams and collaborate across functions.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with attention to detail and a results-focused mindset.
- Experience in automotive or consumer services sectors is beneficial, but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
