We're partnering with a well-established independent marketing agency that's entering an exciting phase of growth. With an impressive portfolio of long-standing retained clients and an excellent reputation across brand and creative services, they're now investing heavily in expanding their digital capability.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of an existing digital offering and scale it into a major part of the agency's future. You'll inherit a solid foundation and have the autonomy to shape the strategy, develop new services, strengthen existing client relationships from a digital perspective, and build a best-in-class digital function.

If you've successfully grown a digital offering within an agency, or you're a Senior Digital Marketing Manager ready to step into your first Head of Digital role, this could be the perfect next move.

The Role

As Head of Digital Marketing, you'll be responsible for defining and delivering the agency's digital strategy, ensuring digital services continue to evolve alongside client needs and market trends.

This is a strategic leadership position with a strong commercial focus. While this isn't a hands-on client services role, you'll play an integral part in developing the agency's digital proposition, supporting new business activity, and ensuring exceptional digital delivery across retained accounts.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
