Head of Digital Marketing

Head of Digital Marketing

Location: London

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Digital Marketing to join our team. This role is critical in setting and executing the digital strategy across all digital channels. We are looking for a visionary leader who can elevate the brand’s online presence, create immersive digital experiences, and ensure seamless integration between digital and physical customer interactions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial services, luxury market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and the latest digital trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with business goals and target audience needs.
  • Design growth strategies to expand brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimise campaign performance and refine digital marketing strategies, including ads and landing pages.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality, compelling digital content across websites, social media, email campaigns, and other channels to engage and expand the luxury consumer base.
  • Lead the marketing CRM (HubSpot) improvements, ensuring segmentation, personalisation, and optimised audience messaging.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising) to drive brand visibility and customer acquisition.
  • Utilise analytics and customer insights to inform data-driven decision-making, track KPIs and ROI, and optimise digital initiatives.
  • Manage the digital budget efficiently, balancing cost-efficiency with high-impact performance.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, lifestyle boutique, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Work with PR teams and partners to execute integrated campaigns and maximise cross-functional ROI.

  • Preferred: Prior experience within financial services and luxury sectors.
  • 5+ years of proven digital marketing experience.
  • Strong track record in developing and executing successful digital strategies.
  • Proficiency in:
    • CMS platforms
    • SEO/SEM and PPC advertising
    • Google Analytics and detailed performance tracking
    • Email marketing and social media management
  • Exceptional creative and strategic thinker with a growth mindset.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Expertise in A/B testing and performance optimisation.
  • Familiarity with luxury market dynamics and consumer behaviour.
  • SME consumer marketing experience with a strong commercial and entrepreneurial outlook.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
