Job Title: Head of Performance Marketing
We're looking for an experienced Head of Performance Marketing to lead and grow a multi-disciplinary search team across SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation), PPC, Metasearch and Affiliate Marketing.
This is a senior agency leadership role where you'll own search strategy, drive commercial growth, oversee key client relationships and champion the integration of AI and automation to improve performance, efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead agency-wide search and performance marketing strategy.
- Oversee SEO, PPC, GEO, Affiliate and Metasearch delivery across a portfolio of clients.
- Drive innovation in AI-powered search, automation and attribution modelling.
- Act as a senior strategic advisor to clients, identifying growth opportunities and delivering measurable results.
- Support new business pitches, proposals and commercial growth initiatives.
- Develop, mentor and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure robust reporting, forecasting and performance measurement frameworks are in place.

About You
- 8+ years' experience in SEO, PPC or performance marketing, including leadership responsibility.
- Strong agency-side experience managing multiple client accounts and teams.
- Deep understanding of search, digital acquisition and emerging AI search technologies.
- Commercially minded with a proven track record of driving client growth and agency performance.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and team leadership skills.
- Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs and related platforms.
