Head of Digital Product
Head of Digital Product – Kaplan Languages Group (London)
Reference number: JR256825 Location: London Working pattern: Full Time Contract Type: Permanent Salary: £120,000 per annum
An excellent opportunity to join Kaplan Languages Group as the Head of Digital Product, leading digital product strategy and a large-scale transformation programme focused on enhancing the student journey, from prospecting and enrolment through to payments and CRM.
You will lead cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, using customer insights, data, and commercial acumen to deliver measurable business outcomes and best-in-class digital experiences.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Digital Product with a proven track record in scaling products, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering growth through data-driven decisions within a fast-moving multinational organisation.
This senior leadership role will contribute to a major transformation effort—reinventing the digital ecosystem for one of the world’s most prominent language schools.
What You’ll Bring
Essential
- Several years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably leading a small team of Product Managers/Owners
- Demonstrated ability to apply diverse product management frameworks and techniques, including prioritisation, customer insights, and roadmapping
- Strong digital-first experience, with a proven record of improving leads, conversion, and engagement at scale
- Deep expertise in payments infrastructure, including pricing strategies, promotions, and monetisation models
- Confidence in building data-driven roadmaps that deliver rapid business value
- End-to-end product lifecycle experience—shaping ideas, launching innovations, and iterating based on user feedback
- Experience managing high-level stakeholders, including Directors and/or C-level executives
- Ability to rapidly understand customer needs using a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods, and to communicate strategies clearly to all audiences—technical, non-technical, and end users
- Experience in running A/B testing and system-level experiments
