This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Head of Digital Product who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.
About the Role
You will lead the digital product strategy and roadmap across Kaplan Languages Group, driving a large-scale transformation programme focused on enhancing the student journey from prospecting and enrolment through to payments and CRM. Working closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, you will use customer insights, data, and commercial acumen to deliver measurable business outcomes and best-in-class digital experiences.

Responsibilities
Essential Requirements
- Several years of experience working in a Product Management position, preferably leading a small team of Product Manager/Owners
- Demonstrated experience applying different product management frameworks and techniques for understanding priorities and customer needs
- Experience applying different product management frameworks and techniques for understanding priorities and customer needs
- Clear experience in a digital environment, with a record of achieving strong outcomes, particularly around leads and conversion
- Strong experience of payments, with a clear understanding of pricing and promotions
- Clear ability to build roadmaps that are focused on unlocking value early and often
- Demonstratable experience of taking a product from initial concept to launch and iterative refinement
- Experience working with and managing Senior stakeholders – preferably at Director or C-level
- Confident applying a broad range of techniques to understand customer needs, rapidly ideate, and ultimately drive the direction of a product growth strategy
- Exceptional communicator, who can articulate key concepts in an accessible manner for non-technical stakeholders, technical teams, and end users
- Experience in running A/B testing programmes
