Join the RAC as a Head of Digital Product
Shape the future of vehicle off-road services through digital innovation, automation and AI.
The RAC is transforming how vehicle off-road journeys are managed, moving from legacy systems and manual processes to modern digital products that deliver better outcomes for members, partners and colleagues.
At the centre of that transformation is our Vehicle Off Road Case Management platform - a proven solution that manages the end-to-end journey from the moment a vehicle becomes undrivable through to repair, mobility support and return to service.
This is a rare opportunity to take an established product with strong foundations and turn it into a significant commercial proposition. You'll work across product, technology, operations and commercial teams, driving expansion into new fleet markets, modernising critical internal processes and identifying where automation, machine learning and AI can unlock meaningful business value.
Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Breakdown, you'll have the backing, visibility and autonomy to make a lasting impact across one of the RAC's most important operational domains.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
