Head of Digital | High-Growth Health & Wellness Brand Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid) - Relocation Required Circa €100,000 + Bonus
I'm working on a search for a commercially-minded Head of Digital to join a high-growth DTC health and wellness business in Stockholm.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants ownership - not just over marketing or ecommerce performance, but over the commercial growth, product direction and long-term success of an entire brand.
The business is part of a fast-growing international group with ambitious expansion plans across Europe and is looking for someone who combines strong commercial thinking with enthusiasm for building brands, launching products and driving growth.
This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden and requires relocation, it cannot be a remote role. I'm open to speaking with candidates currently based in the UK and across Europe who are excited by the opportunity to relocate.

What you'll be doing This is a broad commercial ownership role with real influence across the business.
You'll be responsible for driving the growth of a major DTC brand and ecommerce business - owning the commercial strategy, P&L performance, product direction and long-term growth plans.
Own and grow the commercial performance and P&L of the brand Shape and deliver the long-term brand and growth strategy Work closely with product development teams to identify opportunities for innovation, launches and future growth Use customer, market and commercial insights to influence product and category decisions Drive growth across ecommerce, customer acquisition, retention and trading performance Own assortment, pricing, promotions and commercial planning Lead new product launches and expansion initiatives across existing and new markets Partner closely with acquisition, CRM, ecommerce and creative teams to execute growth plans Lead and develop a small team while collaborating across wider specialist functions

What we're looking for Experience owning or leading a consumer brand, category or product portfolio Proven P&L ownership with a track record of delivering commercial growth Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance brand, product and financial performance Experience within sports nutrition, supplements, wellness, health products is crucial Comfortable working across product, marketing, ecommerce and commercial functions Entrepreneurial, hands-on and excited by building and growing brands Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
