Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Working closely with marketing, merchandising, and web teams, we own the digital customer journey, from home page to checkout. Whether it's optimising conversion rates, launching campaigns, or analysing trading performance, we move fast, test constantly, and never stop looking for the next opportunity to drive growth.

About You

We are looking for a commercially driven and highly organised Head of Digital Trade to lead the end-to-end online trading and merchandising strategy across our eCommerce platforms.

The successful candidate will own the digital customer journey, ensuring collections are launched seamlessly, product storytelling is elevated, and the online experience supports both brand positioning and commercial performance.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Set the strategy for daily trading and merchandising activities across all seven websites, ensuring products, collections, campaigns, and launches are accurately presented and aligned with commercial priorities.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of approximately 25–30 annual collection launches, ensuring all launches are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
  • Oversee onsite merchandising strategy across the homepage, navigation, PLPs, search, recommendations, and promotional landing pages to maximise conversion and engagement.
  • Drive product storytelling and category merchandising to ensure collections are presented in a premium and commercially effective way.
  • React quickly to stock movements, trading priorities, and business needs by implementing same-day merchandising and product updates where required.
  • Conduct regular QA checks across website updates, pricing, promotions, launches, and customer journeys to ensure a seamless experience before go-live.
  • Own the eCommerce roadmap, defining and prioritising trading, merchandising, and platform initiatives aligned with commercial objectives and customer needs.
  • Own and manage the A/B testing roadmap, driving continuous optimisation across customer journeys, onsite experience, conversion, and engagement.
  • Lead and manage the Digital Trade team, setting priorities, driving performance, and ensuring efficient execution across daily trading operations and collection launches.
