Location: Warton, Hybrid, 3 days per week on site

Salary: Circa £90,000 plus performance bonus and car allowance

Job Description:
You’ll lead the Digital delivery aspect of programmes spanning ERP, Digital Engineering and Manufacturing systems, ensuring delivery is aligned, integrated and supports business priorities. This includes owning the digital roadmap and coordinating multiple delivery streams. Working with senior stakeholders across the business, you’ll oversee performance across budget, resources, risks and outcomes, supporting the successful delivery of digital capabilities at scale.
Core duties:
- Lead and deliver the digital elements of a complex, strategically critical digital investment portfolio, spanning ERP, Digital Engineering and Manufacturing systems
- Own and evolve the integrated digital roadmap, ensuring alignment across technology, business processes and investment priorities
- Drive end-to-end integration of major digital programmes, managing dependencies across multiple delivery streams
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Digital, Engineering, Manufacturing and the wider business to enable large-scale digital transformation
- Chair senior governance forums and steering boards, aligning stakeholders and driving key decisions
- Oversee portfolio performance, including budget, resources, risks and benefits realisation
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, operating across a complex and evolving digital landscape
- Manage key technology suppliers and partners, supporting the successful delivery of digital capabilities

Essential Skills:
- A recognised project management qualification (e.g. APM, PMI or equivalent)
- Experience leading complex digital programmes or portfolios, ideally involving ERP, Digital Engineering or large-scale technology deployments
- Experience of programme and portfolio management, including governance, risk and delivery at scale
- Experience leading and developing teams within complex, matrix organisations
- Ability to engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders across business and technical functions
- Understanding of digital transformation environments, including managing dependencies across multiple programmes
- Experience managing budgets, suppliers and delivery partners
The team:
You’ll be part of the Digital, Data and Infrastructure Delivery Team within the Air sector, working alongside a wide range of business, engineering and digital teams. The role includes leadership of a growing team, while collaborating across a complex, matrix environment to deliver shared outcomes.
