Role Description
The Head of Distribution is a full-time, remote role responsible for building and leading Spektra’s distribution strategy and operations. This role oversees partner onboarding and relationship management, ensuring that companies and creators receive tailored distribution solutions that maximize reach. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and optimizing distribution channels, coordinating logistics, and collaborating with internal teams to align product narratives with audience targeting. The Head of Distribution will manage and mentor a growing team, create scalable processes, support sales conversations with potential partners, and monitor performance metrics to continuously improve outcomes.

- Business Relationship Management skills to build, maintain, and grow long-term partnerships with companies and creators.
- Team Management experience to lead, coach, and develop a distribution-focused team across remote environments.
- Sales capabilities to support partner acquisition, negotiate agreements, and communicate Spektra’s value proposition effectively.
- Logistics Management expertise to design and optimize distribution workflows, channels, and operational processes.
- Insurance knowledge to navigate risk management considerations related to distribution agreements and partner operations.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data, identify opportunities, and inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal collaboration and external partner-facing interactions.
- Previous experience in distribution, growth, or partnerships in media, technology, or creator-focused businesses is beneficial.
