Department: 77-290 - Revenue - Commercial Premises

Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time

Location: UK - London

Description

As Head of Distribution & Partnerships – Growth Markets, you will lead the commercial growth of DAZN’s B2B commercial premises business across the UK, USA, Canada, the Nordics, and emerging markets. Driving subscription, pay-per-view, and licensing revenue, you will secure strategic distribution partnerships, expand market reach, and position DAZN as the must-have sports destination for commercial venues worldwide.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Rights-led commercial expansion: Leverage DAZN’s expanding rights portfolio to increase share of wallet, improve commercial reach, strengthen margin, and build DAZN’s position as a must-have sports proposition for venues.
  • Strategic partner growth: Lead growth plans for distribution partners and commercial channels, driving clearer targets, stronger sales activation, campaign planning, performance accountability, and revenue reporting.
  • New market and revenue development: Identify, prioritize, and develop new market opportunities, building the route-to-market strategy required to launch DAZN Business in new territories or underdeveloped commercial premises segments.
  • Distribution partner acquisition and launch: Engage, assess, negotiate, secure, and onboard distribution partners capable of opening new markets, expanding commercial premises reach, and unlocking new revenue streams, working with internal teams to ensure contracts, systems, billing, reporting, product access, marketing tools, and launch plans are in place.
  • Commercial negotiations and deal structures: Lead negotiations across new agreements, renewals, revenue-share models, license-fee structures, PPV arrangements, and other partnership models to deliver sustainable revenue, reach, and margin outcomes.
  • Market representation and relationship development: Act as DAZN’s senior commercial representative with distributors, partners, industry bodies, and relevant commercial premises stakeholders, strengthening DAZN’s market presence and external relationships.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
