A secondary school in the London Borough of Ealing is seeking an exceptional Head of Drama to join its dedicated team from September. As Head of Drama, you will inspire students through engaging and creative lessons while leading the strategic development of the department. You will work alongside a highly supportive leadership team and outstanding colleagues who are committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for every student.

The Ideal Candidate
You will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Have experience teaching Drama across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 experience desirable.
- Be an outstanding classroom practitioner with a passion for Drama and the performing arts.
- Have the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire both students and colleagues.
- Be committed to raising achievement and delivering an exceptional educational experience.
