Head of E-commerce

Our client, a £multimillion non-for profit company, is looking for an ambitious and commercially focused Head of E-commerce to lead and grow their online business. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of the e-commerce strategy, digital marketing, trading performance, and commercial success.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering revenue growth
  • Improving profitability
  • Creating exceptional customer experiences across all digital channels

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of e-commerce revenue, margin, and profitability targets
  • Development and execution of the digital growth strategy across all online platforms
  • Leading all digital marketing across paid media, SEO, CRM, social media, and customer acquisition

A small team will report in.

Requirements

To apply, you will have:

  • Proven experience leading a successful e-commerce and digital function
  • Strong commercial acumen with responsibility for revenue and profit growth
  • Expertise in digital marketing, online trading, and performance analytics
  • An understanding of the retail arena would be useful
