Job Description

As Head of eCommerce, you will own the end-to-end B2C booking funnel and growth engine. Reporting to the CEO, you will have full autonomy to audit the tech stack, optimize conversion through rigorous A/B testing, and scale direct-to-consumer revenue alongside expanding airline partnerships. This hands-on role balances high-level strategy with granular execution.

What You Will Do

  • Architect and optimize the booking experience to drive high conversion rates across diverse European markets with localized digital journeys.
  • Own the complete eCommerce stack, CRM strategies, and digital marketing spend, focusing on lifecycle automation to drive repeat bookings.
  • Lead a structured, data-driven experimentation program to improve key metrics like bounce rates, CAC, and long-term customer lifetime value.

The ideal candidate

  • Proven experience owning a transactional B2C funnel end-to-end, with a track record of driving significant improvements in checkout UX.
  • Analytical leader fluent in funnel data, P&L management, and structured A/B testing within a fast-paced scale-up environment.
  • Commercial operator who understands the nuances of the European travel market and can tailor product merchandising to different cultural audiences.
