eCommerce Growth Lead EMEA

Salary: Up to £100,000 base salary + bonus and benefits

Location: London / South-East, hybrid working

We are partnering with a fast-growing, dynamic premium beauty brand to find an ambitious and charismatic eCommerce Growth Lead. The Successful Candidate will be joining a team who will continue to deliver accelerated growth in line with the wider brand and business vision.

We are looking for an eCommerce Growth Lead for a global premium beauty brand. This role will own commercial growth, sell-out performance, sell-in delivery, and eCommerce forecasting.

You will be responsible for identifying where growth is being won or lost, setting clear priorities, and ensuring that the right actions are taken across content, media, and markets to deliver results quickly. You will own outcomes and performance and make decisions on priorities and focus.

This is a high-accountability, commercially focused role, acting as the central point of ownership for performance across key eCommerce customers.

We'd love to hear from talented eCommerce leaders coming from FMCG, Consumer Products, Fashion, Beauty, Retail or Digital Marketing Agencies - particularly those with beauty and consumer products accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance ownership & growth delivery - own delivery of sell-out growth targets and commercial goals (net sales, margin, etc) tracking weekly performance across: net sales, orders, profitability, conversion, media efficiency, and sell-out trends - identifying opportunities for continued growth
  • Own the eCommerce forecast, demand planning, and sales and operations ownership
  • Translate sell-out trends, customer plans, and growth initiatives into clear sell-in forecasts for supply, finance, and market teams
  • Represent eCommerce in the sales and operations process, challenging assumptions and ensuring risks, opportunities, and upside plans are visible early - identify forecast gaps, stock risks, and demand upside
  • Prioritisation & decision making - define where to focus and invest, reallocating focus dynamically based on performance and opportunity
  • Ensure resources are directed to highest-impact activities, with clear ownership of actions across teams to drive accountability
  • Work with local eCommerce teams to ensure market alignment and consistency to drive continued growth across EMEA

Your key skills and experience:

  • A talented and ambitious eCommerce leader with experience in any of the following sectors - FMCG, Consumer Products, Fashion, Beauty, Retail, or Digital Marketing Agencies - particularly agencies that have beauty or consumer products accounts.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes
  • Proven ability to prioritize and make decisions under pressure
  • Experience managing performance across eCommerce retailers and media environments
  • Experience owning or contributing to forecasting, demand planning, or sales and operations planning processes in a commercial environment
  • Confidence influencing senior stakeholders across markets
  • Data-driven with the ability to simplify complex performance insights
  • Sense of ownership and strong drive to succeed in a fast-moving environment
