We are looking for an experienced, hands on Head of Ecommerce to take ownership of our online sales channels and drive the next phase of our direct to consumer growth.
You’ll be responsible for auditing our current ecommerce ecosystem across Shopify, Amazon and TikTok Shop, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing changes yourself. This is not a role for someone who simply creates strategy you’ll be expected to execute it.
You’ll own the performance of our ecommerce channels, improving conversion, customer experience, merchandising, marketplace performance and digital trading while working closely with marketing, operations and customer service.

As our DTC business grows, you’ll have the opportunity to build and lead the ecommerce function.
What you’ll be doing
- Audit and optimise Shopify, Amazon and TikTok Shop.
- Improve website conversion and customer journey.
- Manage product merchandising, collections and content.
- Optimise Amazon listings, catalogue, SEO and advertising.
- Develop TikTok Shop as a key sales channel.
- Analyse trading performance and implement improvements.
- Work with marketing to maximise paid and organic traffic.
- Build processes and systems to support future growth.
- Recruit and lead an ecommerce team as the business expands.
