About 47 Skin:

47 Skin exists to deliver Real Results for people who struggle with problem skin and want a simple, effective solution. We're not a brand that chases trends: our point of difference is the real, verifiable transformation our products create in real people's lives. Our aesthetic is aspirational and exudes the quality of the product, but our proof is human: an army of authentic advocates who are customers and brand fans. We're scaling fast and building the internal capability to match. This is a pivotal hire in that build.

The role:

We are hiring a Head of eCommerce to build and scale a world-class D2C function on Shopify, across our UK and US markets. This is a hands-on, build and operate role: you will own the platform, the subscription engine, and the roadmap that delivers growth.

You will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer and work closely with growth, retention, brand, operations, and customer experience to make sure the platform is never the constraint on growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
