Head of Ecommerce
We are seeking a commercially driven and strategically minded Head of Ecommerce to lead and scale a high-performing luxury digital business. It's paying circa £100,000 / £110,000- and 4 days per week in the office and 1 day from home.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own full P&L responsibility, driving revenue growth, profitability, and customer lifetime value. This role requires a visionary leader who can seamlessly blend technical excellence with elevated brand storytelling to deliver a premium online experience.

- Define and execute a best-in-class acquisition strategy, optimising channel performance across paid, organic, and partnership ecosystems.
- Own the onsite journey, enhancing conversion through continuous optimisation, data-led testing, and exceptional digital merchandising.
- Lead the evolution of CRM and retention strategies, delivering personalised, high-impact customer journeys that drive loyalty and repeat purchase.
- Oversee operations and customer experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects a seamless, high-quality service standard.
- Play a key role in international expansion, identifying new market opportunities and building scalable, localised ecommerce strategies.
- Act as the voice of ecommerce within the leadership team, translating performance data into clear commercial actions and strategic direction.
