Your Responsibilities

Your role will be dynamic and multifaceted, including:

  • Managing email marketing campaigns, database segmentation, and maximising revenue from our CRM and customer database
  • Copywriting and designing (in collaboration with our Graphic Designer) impactful email campaigns to promote events (e.g. webinars, conferences)
  • Continuously optimising and innovating future email marketing strategies
  • Identifying and activating reactive leads and nurturing them efficiently
  • Ensuring alignment with the Content and Sales teams to refine target audience reach
  • Selling event tickets and driving registrations by managing our marketing inbox
