Head of EMEA — Zenity
About the Role
Zenity is hiring a Head of EMEA to build the region from the ground up. Reporting to the Head of Global Sales, you will independently develop end-to-end strategy, build the team, drive revenue, and secure the most strategic deals—carving out a seat in a category that barely existed two years ago.
Unprecedented opportunity awaits: an early $55M+ funded, Microsoft-backed company in AI Agent Security. Zenity is the first to bring an agent-centric security platform to market as enterprises accelerate AI adoption, and this leadership role enables you to shape both the region and the global definition of AI agent governance in the enterprise.
We’re already investing in EMEA via partnerships and customer success, but now we need a leader to transform this foundation into a repeatable EMEA revenue engine. Your decisions—on geographic prioritization, partner dynamics, and category leadership—will set the standard across the entire region. European regulatory momentum (EU AI Act, NIS2, DORA) already positions buyers toward us. Here’s your shot: Lead the charge to create—and win in—a defining enterprise category.
Core Commitments
- Grow the team, strategy, pipeline, and revenue—from scratch.
- Secure lighthouse logs and develop the partner ecosystem that fuels pipeline. No “set it and forget it”—you’ll craft EMEA’s rules for growth.
- Mold Zenity’s visibility from analyst-tracked to CISO-branded, through thought leadership, events, and credibility-driven campaigns.
About Zenity
Zenity is the leader in AI Agent Security, establishing the first agent-centric security platform. As enterprises rush to adopt AI agents, we provide visibility, governance, detection, prevention, and response—from development to runtime. Impacting everything from SaaS & custom AI platforms to end-user devices, Zenity is trusted by Fortune 500 enterprises globally and backed by $55M+ in funding, including $38M Series B led by Microsoft’s M12.
We’re defining how AI agents are secured at scale: you can be part of shaping that future.
What You’ll Do
Strategy & Leadership
- Define the EMEA strategy across countries, target firmographics, partner plans, and headcount allocation with a thesis-driven approach.
- Prioritize between UK&I, DACH, France, Benelux, Nordics, Southern Europe, Israel, and the Middle East—balancing risk, regulatory momentum, and AI adoption readiness.
- Leverage AI Act, NIS2, and DORA as engines to drive demand.
- Shape Zenity’s identity in EMEA: transition from being "tracked by analysts" to becoming a known quantity for CISOs and AI buyers.
Revenue & Execution
- Deliver and maintain 3-3.5x qualified pipeline coverage using MEDDPICC and BANTT frameworks in HubSpot.
- Orchestrate weekly pipeline reviews, monthly forecasts, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) across EMEA.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
