Job Summary
The Head of Employee Benefits will lead the strategy, growth, and delivery of Kids Pass within the corporate benefits market. This role is responsible for positioning Kids Pass as a high‑value employee perk, driving adoption across HR, Reward, and Benefits teams, and securing long‑term commercial partnerships with UK businesses.
The successful candidate will own the full B2B sales cycle, develop compelling value propositions for employers, and ensure seamless onboarding and activation for their employees.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the national strategy for Kids Pass within the employee benefits sector.
- Identify high‑value verticals (retail, hospitality, financial services, public sector, etc.) and build targeted acquisition plans.
- Position Kids Pass as a leading family‑focused benefit within the wider employee wellbeing and engagement landscape.
Business Development & Sales:
- Lead end‑to‑end B2B sales activity: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, contracting, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of corporate prospects through proactive outreach and industry networking.
- Deliver compelling presentations to HR Directors, Reward Managers, and Employee Experience leaders.
- Develop commercial models tailored to employer size, workforce demographics, and engagement goals.

Partnership Management:
- Act as the senior point of contact for all corporate partners, ensuring high satisfaction and strong renewal rates.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless onboarding, employee communications, and activation campaigns.
- Monitor partner performance, engagement levels, and ROI, providing regular reporting and optimisation recommendations.
Product & Proposition Development:
- Work with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to evolve the Kids Pass employee benefit proposition.
- Gather employer and employee feedback to inform product enhancements, new features, and improved user experience.
- Ensure the proposition remains competitive, relevant, and aligned with market trends in employee wellbeing.
Marketing & Activation:
- Collaborate with Marketing to create tailored employer launch plans, internal comms packs, and engagement campaigns.
- Support partners with best‑practice activation strategies to maximise employee uptake and ongoing usage.
- Represent Kids Pass at industry events, benefits fairs, and HR conferences.
Data, Reporting & Insights:
- Track commercial performance, partner engagement, and employee adoption metrics.
- Produce quarterly business reviews for key partners.
- Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Skills & Experience Required
Essential:
- Proven experience in B2B sales within employee benefits, HR tech, SaaS, or wellbeing solutions.
- Strong network across HR, Reward, Benefits, and People Experience communities.
- Demonstrable track record of winning and managing large corporate accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build commercial models and articulate ROI clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution capability.

- Experience selling subscription‑based or membership products.
- Understanding of employee engagement, wellbeing, and reward frameworks.
- Experience working with marketing teams on employee activation campaigns.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

- Number of new corporate partners signed.
- Employee uptake and engagement rates within partner organisations.
- Revenue growth and retention across the B2B channel.
- Partner satisfaction and renewal rates.
- Strength and quality of the commercial pipeline.
