Head of Engineering

The Role
You’ll work closely with our Head of Engineering or Head of AI. Comfort across the full stack—AI**, backend, and frontend—will be expected, with movement between domains as the product demands. Versatility matters more than specialisation at this stage.
About the Role
We’re a small, well-funded team based in London, backed by industry leaders who’ve shaped technology we use every day. This is early-stage—no one has built this before, and neither have we. And that’s exciting.
What We’re Looking For
- You’ve shipped impactful products that made a difference.
- You’re comfortable flying solo and tackling early challenges, but have the architecture mindset to scale as the team grows.
- You’re sharper, not busier—energised by complex, ambiguous problems, not predictable processes.
- Experience building real-time audio solutions or developer-facing API platforms is a huge plus.
