About The Position

The Head of Engineering Services is a senior executive leader responsible for creating, structuring, and scaling Virtuos’ Engineering Solutions as a standalone business unit, reporting directly to the COO.

This role owns the end-to-end development of a client-facing engineering services business, defining its strategy, building its capabilities, and driving its commercial performance.

The Head of Engineering Services is accountable for building the Engineering Solutions from the ground up, leveraging existing internal talent while driving significant external hiring and/or acquisitions to establish the required scale and capabilities aligned with market demand. The role requires defining the right mix of internal leverage and external growth to create a scalable, competitive, and sustainable engineering services organization.

This leader plays a critical role in expanding Virtuos’ service portfolio and strengthening its position as a global partner beyond traditional co-development models.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
