How Will You Make a Difference?

The Head of Enterprise & Partners owns the commercial performance and long-term value of the company’s most strategic customers and partners, reporting directly to the C-suite. This senior commercial leadership role sets and executes the strategy for high-value enterprise and partner accounts, contributing to the company’s ambition of reaching £100m in revenue.

Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas

Commercial Ownership & Revenue

  • Own GRR (Gross Retention Rate) and NRR (Net Revenue Retention) across enterprise and partner portfolios
  • Lead renewal strategy, pricing, negotiation, and achieving optimal contract outcomes
  • Drive expansion through structured upsell and cross-sell activity
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and sufficient pipeline coverage
  • Escalate and validate major deals while avoiding quota obligations

Enterprise & Partner Leadership

  • Act as the executive commercial owner for key customers and partners
  • Build and maintain strong C-suite and board-level relationships
  • Lead executive engagement and high-stake commercial negotiations
  • Own escalations, commercial risk, and strategic interventions

Account Strategy & Step-Change

  • Define and embed account planning across all enterprise clients
  • Ensure every account has a clear growth plan, risk profile, and defined action set
  • Drive earlier pipeline creation and deeper stakeholder mapping
  • Establish a disciplined cadence for QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), executive reviews, and annual planning

Leadership & Performance

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Directors
  • Drive accountability for retention, growth, and expansion
  • Foster an outcome-focused, commercially strong team culture
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success Support and Operations while retaining commercial ownership
  • Build and lead forward-thinking teams using AI and creative approaches to:
    • Generate pipeline
    • Deliver sustainable expansion growth

What Are We Looking For in a Candidate?

  • Proven experience leading enterprise portfolios
  • Strong track record in retention and revenue growth
  • Experience leading senior account management teams
  • Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Credible and effective at C-suite level
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams through business change, driving evolution, resilience, and consistent performance in dynamic environments
