Head of Europe Commercial Partnerships & Veterinary Business

European Commercial Leadership | Partner Markets | Veterinary Portfolio

Location: Europe

Travel: Regular travel across Europe

Lead a diverse European business with real commercial ownership

Our client, a leading international pharmaceutical organisation, is seeking a commercially driven leader to take ownership of its European Commercial Partnerships and Veterinary Business.

This is a unique opportunity to lead an established €20 million business across a diverse portfolio of partner-led, hybrid, indirect and B2B markets, while driving the growth of a developing veterinary business.

Reporting directly to the Head of International Commercial, you'll play a key role in shaping commercial strategy, improving partner performance and delivering sustainable growth across Europe.

The Opportunity

This is much more than a distributor management role.

You'll have full commercial ownership of a complex European business spanning Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Ireland, Central & Eastern Europe, the Baltics, the Balkans and other partner-led markets. Working across multiple routes to market, you'll develop commercial strategy, strengthen partner governance, optimise pricing and tender performance, and create a scalable platform for future growth.

Alongside this, you'll lead the strategic development of the company's veterinary portfolio, identifying new commercial opportunities and strengthening customer engagement across veterinary channels.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
