Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary but will primarily include:

1. Supplier Research and Management

  • Source, compare, and select high-quality suppliers for event needs.
  • Identify potential suppliers for add-ons, branding materials, and other necessities.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure cost-efficiency and service excellence.
  • Maintain strong supplier relationships to resolve any issues.
  • Review budgets and manage cost changes proactively.

2. Event Planning

  • Execute sponsored events, VIP lunches, dinners, and after-hours activities.
  • Coordinate with venue staff to finalise logistics, timings, and details.
  • Provide on-site event support to guarantee seamless execution.

3. Internal Team Support

  • Catalogue and condence internal team queries efficiently.
  • Monitor and update event inventory sheets regularly.
  • Perform quality checks on promotional materials (e.g., banners, signage, brochures).

4. On-Site Volunteer Organisation

  • Hire, train, and manage a 40-person volunteer team.

Start Date & Location Flexible to commence. On-site, Monday-Friday, based in our London office (4-minute walk from London Victoria Station).
