Head of Event Operations
Operational Standards Manager, Private Equity Conferences
This role offers you the opportunity to own the operational standard of every conference we run. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences a year, spanning venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and attendee experience.

Your Responsibilities
While tasks may vary, your core responsibilities will include:

Supplier Research and Management
- Source, compare, and select the best suppliers for all event needs.
- Research and identify vendors for add-ons, branding materials, and logistical support.
- Negotiate competitive contracts and terms with suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships, resolving issues proactively.

Budget Review & Management – Monitor financial decisions and raise changes promptly.

Event Planning
- Organise VIP sponsorship events, lunches, dinners, and after-hours activities.
- Coordinate with venue staff to ensure all logistical aspects (tech, catering, seating) are smoothly handled.
- Provide on-site support, troubleshooting and ensuring seamless execution.

Internal Team Support
- Streamline and condense team queries, resolving inquiries efficiently.
- Track and update inventory sheets (equipment, stationery, etc.).
- Perform quality checks on design materials (banners, signage, brochures).

Start Date & Location
- Flexible to commence.
- Workdays: Monday to Friday, on-site in our London office—just a 4-minute walk from London Victoria Station.
