Job title: Head of Event Operations – London Catering Company Salary: Up to £55k + Bonus Location: London

We are working with a fast-growing London catering company seeking a Head of Event Operations to lead multi-site event delivery and drive operational excellence. This is a senior leadership role overseeing high-volume, complex events across corporate, private, and large-scale productions—combining strategic oversight with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end event operations across multiple venues and sites Manage and develop a team of Event Managers and freelance staff Oversee scheduling, resource planning, and operational delivery Drive consistency in service standards, processes, and guest experience Ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety, and licensing Build strong relationships with clients, venues, and suppliers Collaborate with sales, kitchen, and logistics teams Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis Identify efficiencies and drive continuous operational improvement

About You Proven experience in a senior event operations role within catering or hospitality Strong leadership experience managing large, multi-site teams Excellent organisational and project management skills Confident client-facing communicator Calm, solutions-focused under pressure Strong understanding of event logistics, staffing, and compliance
