We're hiring — Head of Events
Clarity is a wine events company built for under-30s. Think high energy socials, intimate tastings and a growing brand redefining how young people experience wine in London.
We started with a simple idea: wine has a belonging problem, not a demand problem. We're building one of the most engaged young audiences in the drinks space and we're just getting started.
We're now looking for a Head of Events to join us. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role working directly with the founder. You'll be at the centre of everything we do. From the events themselves to the partnerships and systems that allow us to scale.
The role
You'll own the events programme end to end. That means sourcing and securing venues, managing the logistics of each event, coordinating with partners and suppliers, and being present on the night to make sure everything runs perfectly. Alongside that you'll be building and managing a pipeline of venue and brand partnerships, keeping relationships warm and conversations moving forward at all times.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
