Head of Events
Operations Executive – Private Equity Conferences
Seekers of ownership and unrelenting execution.
You will own the operational standard of every conference we run. Responsibility for end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences a year, covering venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and attendee experience.

Your Responsibilities
Your role will evolve, but these centres of focus will anchor it:
Supplier Research & Management
- Source, compare & evaluate the best suppliers for every event aspect.
- Research and shortlist add-ons (thank-you passes, branded materials), brand collateral, logistics providers.
- Leads negotiations on contracts—always prioritising cost-effectiveness, quality.
- Maintain strong, professional supplier relations and resolve issues smoothly.
- Ensure blended calculations regularly reviewed—flag all changes in advance.
Event Planning & Execution
- Lead luxury VIP segments: Dinners, lunches, after-hours networking events.
- Service on-site permissions—proof of Performance, logistical perfection with venues.
- Oversight at every stage: Tripwire flags if unexpected challenges arise.
Internal Efficiency
- Squad intelligence: Filter and centrally condense team queries facing inaccuracies.
- Inventory purity: Reqise, report, and refresh for accuracy.
- Quality assurance: Inspect banners, signage, promotional materials—zero loopholes.

On-Site Volunteer Coordination
- Construct core analytics for a 40-member volunteer assembly.
- Lead consistent training and dynamic skill maintenance per-volume.
