About the job
We're looking for a Head of Events to lead and scale our portfolio of awards, conferences, trade shows, leadership talks, and bespoke events.
About the Role
You'll own the events function end-to-end, from shaping strategy to delivering flawless execution. This is a senior leadership position with real scope: launching new events, raising the bar on delivery, owning commercial performance, and building the relationships that keep our portfolio thriving. A core part of the role is taking our events into new markets, including the United States, India, and the Middle East, and establishing our presence in each. You'll also lead and develop an international team, bringing out the best in talent across markets and time zones.

What You'll Do
- Set and deliver the events strategy across our conferences, awards, and bespoke formats
- Lead end-to-end delivery, hitting every timeline, budget, and quality benchmark
- Run project planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination across teams
- Oversee speaker sourcing, awards judging processes, guest experience, and post-event analysis
- Build and nurture relationships with sponsors, partners, and vendors
- Serve as the senior point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
- Own budget forecasting, P&L, and financial risk management across the portfolio
- Launch new events in target markets including the US, India, and the Middle East
- Identify white space and launch new events that align with our commercial goals

What You'll Bring
- A track record of leading and delivering large-scale events or full event portfolios
- Experience managing international or distributed teams
- Experience launching or running events across multiple international markets
- Sharp strategic instincts paired with strong project management discipline
- Confident stakeholder management and clear, persuasive communication
- Commercial acumen and hands-on experience owning budgets and P&L
- A proactive, organised, solutions-first approach
