About the role
We're looking for an experienced and influential Head of Executive Search - Talent Acquisition to join us on a 8-month maternity cover assignment.
Reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Director, this role will lead our established Executive Search function, building on strong foundations to further strengthen our executive hiring capability, leadership pipelines and strategic talent partnerships across the globe.
This is a highly visible leadership role, partnering with Executive Committee members, Senior Vice Presidents and HR leaders to ensure Reckitt continues to attract, engage and hire exceptional leadership talent. You'll inherit a talented team, strong stakeholder relationships and proven ways of working, while bringing fresh thinking, market insight and expertise to continue evolving our approach.
Alongside leading the Executive Search team, you'll personally manage a portfolio of critical executive and CHQ searches, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and helping shape Reckitt's future leadership landscape.
Your responsibilities
- Lead and enhance Reckitt's global Executive Search strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business and people priorities.
- Partner with senior business and HR leaders to identify current and future leadership talent needs.
- Build and maintain diverse executive talent pipelines across functions, geographies and leadership levels.
- Deliver an exceptional executive candidate experience and strengthen Reckitt's reputation in the external leadership market.
- Personally lead a portfolio of executive and senior leadership hires, managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Own and manage relationships with executive search firms and strategic talent partners, including governance of the Preferred Supplier List (PSL).
- Utilise talent intelligence, market mapping and executive networks to proactively identify and engage top leadership talent.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Executive Search team, ensuring consistent delivery and capability growth.
- Drive operational excellence across executive search, talent pipelining, recruitment marketing, diversity and inclusion, and internal mobility initiatives.
- Use data, insights and market intelligence to inform decision-making, measure success and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Partner with the wider Talent Acquisition Leadership Team to share best practice and contribute to strategic recruitment initiatives across the organisation.

The experience we're looking for
This role requires a proven Executive Search leader who has both personally delivered complex executive searches and successfully led Executive Search teams within a global environment.
Essential
- Significant Executive Search experience, gained within a leading executive search firm, in-house executive recruitment function, or a combination of both.
- Proven experience leading and managing Executive Search teams, including coaching managers and building high-performing recruitment capabilities.
- A strong track record of delivering executive, VP, SVP and C-suite hires across multiple functions and geographies.
- Experience partnering with senior executives and HR leaders as a trusted advisor on leadership hiring and talent strategy.
- Deep expertise in executive talent mapping, succession planning, market intelligence and leadership assessment.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to quickly establish credibility and make an immediate impact within a complex global organisation.

Preferred
- Experience within a multinational FMCG, Consumer Health, Consumer Goods or similarly complex global organisation.
- Experience leading talent acquisition transformation, operational excellence or strategic change initiatives.
- A passion for developing teams, advancing diversity and inclusion, and elevating executive hiring outcomes.
