Job Description
We are looking for an exciting new role at Omio.
Role Overview
The Head of Expansion Marketing leads the marketing setup for our global expansion. This person will work with the Market and Expansion Leads to translate the business strategy into the GTM and growth plans for each market. Working closely with the Marketing teams (Organic, Brand, and Performance) for the execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop along with the Expansion and Local leads as well as the Marketing leads the strategy to launch new markets.
- Define Marketing requirements and resourcing for expansion.
- Manage the launch and be the POC for all New markets marketing matters.
- Be the connection between the new market leads and the central marketing team.
- Develop the plans and execution for continuous and sustainable growth of new markets.

Qualifications
- 7+ years marketing experience from various channels, running performance marketing, GTM, partnerships and growth marketing activities and CRM, globally or regionally or leading overall marketing for a specific market.
- Having general expertise across multiple marketing channels but at least one channel with hands-on proficiency.
- Having a clear project management experience.
- Having skills to develop partnerships and growth hacking activities as well as local activation.
- Proven executional abilities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to identify and collaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders.
- Analytical, with a clear understanding of how to use research and KPIs to inform strategic priorities and campaign impact.
- Being a quick learner and ambassador on AI marketing usage for scaling and automation.
- Fluent command of English and another language like Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese or Chinese, etc, is a plus.
