Head of Field Marketing, EMEA-APJ

As Head of Field Marketing, EMEA-APJ, you'll lead a high-performing team responsible for driving pipeline, accelerating revenue growth and expanding NAVEX's presence across key international markets.

This is a leadership role for someone who is equally comfortable shaping regional go-to-market strategy and rolling up their sleeves to improve campaign performance. You'll coach the team, challenge thinking, inspect the details and ensure every marketing investment delivers measurable commercial impact.

You'll be a trusted partner to Sales and a key member of the Marketing Leadership Team, helping shape growth strategy across EMEA-APJ while building scalable, data-driven marketing programmes that win in local markets.

You’ll thrive in this hybrid role surrounded by an engaged, collaborative team deeply committed to your success. Join us and help shape what’s next!

What you’ll get:

  • Meaningful Purpose. Your work helps organizations operate with integrity and protect their people—at a scale few companies can match.

  • Candid, Supportive Culture. We communicate openly, challenge ideas—not people—and value teammates who embrace bold thinking and continuous improvement.
  • Growth That Matters. You can count on authentic feedback, strong accountability, and leaders invested in your success so you can achieve real growth.
  • Rewards for Results. We provide clear, competitive compensation designed to recognize measurable outcomes and real impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
