Interim Head of Finance
Premium Fashion Retail Business
West London | Hybrid (4 days office)
£500-550 per day (Inside IR35)
3 Month Contract
A premium fashion retail business based in West London is seeking an experienced Interim Head of Finance to provide stability and leadership during a period of transition.
With the incoming permanent Finance Director joining later this year, this role is focused on ensuring the finance function continues to operate effectively and supporting a smooth handover.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the finance team
- Oversee month-end close and management reporting
- Manage cashflow and payment runs
- Maintain financial controls and governance
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure business-as-usual continuity across finance operations
- Assist with the transition to the incoming Finance Director

Candidate Profile
You will likely be:
- An Interim Head of Finance, Financial Controller or Finance Director from an SME environment
- Comfortable being hands-on and operational
- Experienced within retail, fashion or consumer businesses
- Available to start by 27 July 2026
