Equifind is exclusively supporting one of the UK's fastest-growing hospitality brands with the appointment of a Head of Finance for an initial 6-9 month contract.
Reporting to the leadership team, you'll lead the finance function while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across a rapidly growing multi-site business.
This is a broad leadership role covering financial reporting, planning, cash management and commercial finance, with a significant amount of exposure in an expanding team.

Key duties include:
- Lead month-end, management accounts and board reporting.
- Own budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
- Manage cash flow, treasury and working capital.
- Develop commercial reporting and KPIs to support business performance.
- Oversee audit, statutory reporting, VAT and financial compliance.
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing and Technology.
- Lead the finance team and drive process improvements and automation.
Application criteria:

- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Experience as a Head of Finance, Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager.
- Background in hospitality, food, retail or manufacturing.
- Strong commercial business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
