We're recruiting a Head of Finance to work closely with the CFO and Senior Leadership Team, taking ownership of the finance function while supporting commercial decision-making, business transformation, and future growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make an impact today while progressing their career over the next 2–3 years.
The Role
- Lead and develop the finance team.
- Own month-end, management accounts, and board reporting.
- Oversee financial controls, compliance, and statutory reporting.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Business partner with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
- Drive finance transformation, process improvements, and automation.
- Support strategic initiatives including acquisitions and investment projects.

About You
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.
- An experienced finance leader with strong financial control and reporting expertise.
- Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Passionate about developing teams and improving processes.
- Ideally experienced within an SME, mid-market, or growing business environment.
