Head of Finance : Europe

Sector: Multi:site hospitality

Location: London (office based)

Salary: A GBP 100k

I'm partnering with an exciting hospitality business to recruit a Head of Finance : Europe. This is a hands:on leadership role supporting hotel operations across Europe, with responsibility for driving financial performance, delivering commercial insight, and partnering with senior operational leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance analysis across the European hotel portfolio.
  • Partner with General Managers and operational leaders to improve profitability and drive strategic decision:making.
  • Deliver insightful KPI reporting, variance analysis and actionable recommendations.
  • Oversee robust financial controls, governance and compliance across the region.
  • Support commercial initiatives, business cases, supplier negotiations and investment decisions.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a high:performing finance team while fostering strong cross:functional collaboration.

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
  • 7+ years post:qualified finance experience
  • 5+ years hotel/ multi:site hospitality finance experience (essential)
  • Strong FP and A, financial reporting and financial controls experience
  • Proven leadership, business partnering and stakeholder management skill
